• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups finely chopped apple
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup applesauce
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
