Ingredients: g brown sugar; g granulated sugar; ml vegetable oil; large eggs; g pureed pumpkin; tbsp orange juice; g cake & pastry flour; g baking powder; g baking soda; g salt; tsp ground cinnamon; tsp ground nutmeg; tsp ground ginger; tsp ground cloves; tsp ground allspice

I tinkered around with this recipe until I achieved pumpkin spice muffins that have a wonderfully fluffy texture and bake up with nice domed tops.
