An Avocado Salad Recipe With Sweet Corn - California Grown

Ingredients

• 6 ears raw or easy oven roasted sweet corn,
• 1 cup diced red onion
• 1 California avocado
• 1 lime (zest removed and juiced)
• 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (rolled and sliced then chopped into small pieces. )
• 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes ( if a touch of heat is desired. Omit if not.)
