- 1 1/4 (625 g) Canadian Cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp (5 mL) fresh tarragon finely chopped or 1/4 tsp (1 mL) dried tarragon
- Salt and pepper au goût
