- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 150g ap flour (1 cup + 3 TBS)
- store bought jam of your choice.
