• ¾ cup each diced strawberries and seeded and diced tomatoes
• 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley, divided
• 2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 tsp. minced garlic
• ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
