• 125 ml unsalted butter, room temperature
• 125 ml dark brown sugar, packed
• 3 eggs
• 175 ml unsweetened apple sauce
• 50 ml molasses
• 2 ml vanilla extract
• 125 g cream cheese, room temperature
• 50 ml butter, room temperature
• 375 ml icing sugar
• sprinkle of ground nutmeg
• 50 ml chopped, toasted walnuts
