- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup canola, vegetable oil or olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp orange extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup orange juice (no added sugar, 100% juice)
- 1/2 cup water
- Optional Garnish: Candied oranges.
