Ingredients: 125g butter; 1 cup castor sugar; 2 med over ripe bananas I only had 2 (Can use 4); 2 eggs beaten; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 1 teaspoon Banana Essence (Optional :: I used); 2 cups flour; 1 teaspoon baking piwder; ½ cup boiling water; 1 teaspoon bicarb; Cream butter and sugar together.Add vanilla, eggs and mashed bananas; Add sifted flour and baking powder.Then the bicarb dissolved in boiling water.; According to my Oven; Added little Kajoor (Dates) and cinnamon powder inside and chopped walnuts on the top.
