Chinese Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

• 6 tb Dark soy sauce
• 1/4 c Honey
• 4 Cloves garlic large
• 6 tb Tahini
• 6 tb Peanut butter
• 1/4 c Water
• 2 tb Sherry
• 4 tb Rice wine vinegar
• 1/2 c Hot water
• 1 tb Hot pepper oil; (1 to 2)
• 3 tb Light soy sauce
• 1/2 c Dark sesame oil
• 2 Heaped tsp minced ginger
