- 100g soft light brown sugar
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- few drops of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 275g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1-2 tsp milk, if needed
- 15g tube green extra strong colouring
- 3 tbsp milk chocolate beans, to decorate
- 1 tsp white chocolate stars, to decorate
- 2 tsp golden galaxy sprinkles, to decorate
- 2 medium egg whites
- 450g icing sugar
- 15g tube strong green food colouring gel
