• 1/4 c granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 c sour cream (I prefer @daisybrand)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 c all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter cut into small pieces
