Spicy sausage goat's cheese toasts - Good Food Middle East

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 fat red chilli, deseeded, then finely chopped
• 2 rolls, split (we used ciabatta ) or 4 thick slices of bread
• 70g pack of sliced chorizo or other spicy cured sausage
• 50g bag of rocket
• 100g goat's cheese, crumbled
