Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Honey
• 1 Lime or 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 punnet of strawberries hulled and cut in half
• 1/2 cup of blueberries, raspberries or blackberries
• 1 large peach or nectarine, pitted and diced
• 1 cup of green or red grapes (cut or whole)
• 1 kiwi fruit peeled and diced
• 1 orange, peeled and diced
• 1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
• 1 pear, peeled, cored and diced
• 1 cup of seasonal melon - Watermelon, Honeydew or Cantaloupe
• tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
