Classic Stuffed Omelette

Ingredients

• 1 pack Italian Classic Chicken Sausage
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1 tsp Paprika powder
• 1 tsp Dried oregano
• 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
• 1 Tomato, deseeded and sliced thinly
• 1 Capsicum, deseeded and sliced thinly
• 4 Eggs (2 for each pax)
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1-2 tsp Olive oil
• Mozzarella cheese, grated as required
• Chilli and mayonnaise, for dressing (optional)
