Spinach Pastry Diamonds - Pepperidge Farm

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
• 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 4 egg
• 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese(about 4 ounces)
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 package (17.3 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
• 1 tablespoon water
