Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped white mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped white onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- black pepper to taste
- 4 patties 1/3 lb patties of 80/20 ground beef, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper
- 4 slices gouda cheese
- 4 onion hamburger buns
- mayo or aioli to taste
