• 1/3 C. Cocoa (I like to add a bit more :)

• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 18 Marshmallows, large sized, cut in half
• Frosting (optional)
• 6 T Butter or Margarine
• 2 T Cocoa
• 1-3/4 C. Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• Pecans, halved
