Ingredients: 8 Cumberland sausages – chopped (I cut each sausage in to 4); 1 red onion – chopped; 2 cloves of garlic – crushed; a box of closed cup mushrooms – cleaned and sliced; balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon; oil for frying – I used coconut; oregano – 1 teaspoon; basil – 1 teaspoon; crushed chillie flakes – add to your taste; chopped tinned tomatoes with mixed herbs; pasta; garlic bread – to serve
