Chocolate Orange Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cups (200 g) chocolate cream biscuit crumbs
• 80 g butter
• 1 x 285 g Jar “all fruit” orange marmalade
• 500 g cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• ¼ cup (60 g) caster sugar
• fine zest of an orange
• 1 cup (250 mL) thickened cream
• 1 x 85 g Aeroplane Original Orange Flavour Jelly
• ¼ cup (60 mL) boiling water
• 2 tbsp (40 mL) Cointreau (optional)
• 200 g dark chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
• 400 g dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
• 1 ½ cups (375 mL) thickened cream
• For serving, choc coated dried orange slices, honey comb and chocolate malt balls
