Ingredients

• Half a watermelon, cut
• 4 cut lebanese cucumber
• 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
• 4 cups arugula
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup of olive oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 250g greek feta cheese
