Philly Cheese Steak Copy Cat / My Version recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kilo ribeye steak / Rump
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon red chili paste
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon gorimas bbq spice
• ½ teaspoon crush black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon haldi
• crushed red chilli
• 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon mayo
• 3 tablespoon steers bbq sauce .
• 3 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
• salt to taste 9 pit salt last after u taste )
• 2 onions chopped fine fry till golden and drain on papper towel .
• sliced cheese
