Carrot cake Jam

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and finely grated
• 1 1/2 cups pears, peeled, cored and chopped
• 1 3/4 cups canned pineapple plus juice
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 package powdered fruit pectin
• 6 1/2 cups granulated sugar
