• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded monterrey jack cheese
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 0.5 cup cooked diced ham
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup half and half
• 2 green onions
• 0.25 tsps salt
• 0.25 tsps dry ground mustard
• 1 Dash pepper
