Ingredients
- 175g plain flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 75gg butter, chilled and cubed
- 1 egg yolk
- Fridge cold water to mix
- 100g unsalted butter
- 115g caster sugar
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 60g flaked almonds (optional)
