• 2 medium tomatoes, diced
• 1 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 cup black olives
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
• Tortilla chips
• Refried Beans:
• 1 15-ounce can pinto beans
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• Salt
• Black pepper
• 1/2 lime
• Guacamole:
• 2 avocados
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup red onion, diced
• 1 serrano chile, minced
• 2 1/2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
• 1/2 tomato with the inside parts removed
