Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c mashed cooked sweet potatoes
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 c butter
• 3/4 c milk
• 1 Tbsp grated orange rind
• 1 9 in. unbaked pie crust
