Ingredients

• 1 1lb box of Mrs. T’s Pierogies Four Cheese Medley
• 4 oz bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces
• 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 cup chicken stock
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1oz freshly grated parmesan cheese
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon fresh chives, thinly sliced
• Salt
• Pepper
