Ingredients

• 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups oats
• 1.5 - 2 cups of raisins, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts
• Grated rind of 1-2 oranges
