• 3 bananas, mashed
• 3 eggs, beaten slightly
• 1 cup sugar OR 2 ⁄ 3 cup honey
• 2 cups flour
• 1 ⁄ 4 cup soy flour
• 2 tbsp wheat germ
• 2 tbsp brewer’s yeast
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 ⁄ 4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 ⁄ 3 cup oil
• 2 ⁄ 3 cup orange juice
