• 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
• 1 cup Swiss cheese grated
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp steak sauce
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
• 10 slices lean bacon
