- 4 Lemon & Lime Twist tea bags, brewed in 1 litre of boiling water
- 400ml pineapple juice
- 250ml coconut water
- 2 tbsp golden caster sugar plus extra for caramelising the pineapple
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 lime, peeled
- 4 sprigs of fresh mint
- 2 Pineapple rings
