Ingredients

• 6 tbsp Mayonnaise, plus extra for the buns
• 2 tsp Garlic Granules
• 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
• 1.5 tbsp Hot Sauce, we used buffalo hot sauce
• 4 slices Burger Cheese
• 1 tsp Dried Oregano
• 12 Gherkins, , plus the juice
• 300ml Buttermilk, kefir or natural yoghurt will also work
• 150g Plain Flour
• 100ml Sunflower Oil, for deep-frying
• 2 Chicken Breasts, cut in half lengthwise
• 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
• 0.5 tsp Chilli Powder
• 150g Cornflour
• 4 Brioche Burger Buns, cut in half
