Best Frozen Hot Chocolate Recipe Made with Real Chocolate
We make our frozen hot chocolate from scratch with real chocolate and baking cocoa. The frozen version might be even better than hot cocoa!
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk, divided
- 5 ounces semisweet chocolate or chocolate of your choice, roughly chopped
- 4-1/2 teaspoons baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: Miniature marshmallows, chocolate sauce, whipped cream or sprinkles
