• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Garlic olive oil, plus more for toasting
• 1/2 white onion, sliced thin
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 cup beef stock
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Fig balsamic
• 1/2 cup Fig and Maple Paste, plus more for sandwiches
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• French baguette or ciabatta
