- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon fine grind salt
- 600 Grams whole milk
- 60 Grams butter room temp
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 2 eggs
- Coconut butter and/or butter for frying
- fresh or frozen berries for topping
- pure maple syrup as needed
- pot set yoghurt if desired
