Black Creek® Cheese | Cheesy Baked Chicken

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts, thawed
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons buttermilk
• 1/4 c. butter, melted
• 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
• 1 c. breadcrumbs
• 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
• 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. pepper
• Place chicken breasts into a baking dish. Mix the melted butter and minced garlic into a small bowl and drizzle over the chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
