Ingredients

• 9 to 10 REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups Minis
• Assorted food coloring
• Assorted edible decorations such as HERSHEY´S Chocolate Chips and sprinkles
• 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Special Dark Cocoa
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 1/2 cups vanilla frosting, royal icing or combination of both
• 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp meringue powder (pasteurized dried egg)
• 3 tbsp water + additional as needed if too thick
