Honey Butter | Maker Mary
Every Christmas morning, and other times during the year when my kids are especially good, I make honey butter as a treat. It goes equally well with scones or cornbread.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup honey (smooth)
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla (the kind with little beans works beautifully)
- 3 Tbsp pasteurized egg whites
