Ingredients

• 1 lb. Ground beef
• ½ lb. Ground veal
• ½ lb. Italian sausage (recipe page xxx)
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup Grated Romano Pecorino
• 2 Tbl Italian parsley, chopped
• 1 Tbl Minced garlic
• 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
• 6 Tbl Milk
• 1 Tbl Kosher salt
• 1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
• All-purpose flour as needed.
