• ¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream, cold
• 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 ¼ cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 24 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature (three 8-ounce blocks)
• 1 ½ cups powdered sugar, sifted, divided (1 cup mixed with the cream cheese, ½ cup mixed with the heavy cream)
• 1 ¼ cups heavy cream, very cold
