- ½lb buter(250g)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- ½ cup castor sugar
- 2 cups flour
- Cream butter and castor sugar until white then add oil and beat well,
- add semolina and enough flour to form a soft dough
- Allow to cool slightly then coat in castor
