Ingredients: 5-6 chicken thighs (bone in and with skin); salt and pepper to taste; 2 Tablespoons butter (I use unsalted); 3 Cloves garlic (minced); 1 cup chicken broth; ½ Teaspoon EACH thyme, oregano and basil; 2 Tbls cornstarch (mix with about ¼ cup water); ½ cup sour cream (at room temperature); ½ Lbs mushrooms (either sliced thick or halved or quartered, depending on size of mushrooms and your preference)
