- 250g of penne or fusilli pasta
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 small pack of lardons or bacon diced
- 2 chicken breasts cut into bitesize pieces
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- 480ml (2 cups) of passata
- 200g Green Isle Garden peas
- Splash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of Oregano
- Salt and Pepper to season
- 120g of grated cheese
