• 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed out excess water
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1 lb monterey jack cheese, cubed or shredded
• 2 eggs
