• 1.5 tsp coarse ground black pepper
• 1 Tbsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
• Provolone Cheese
• 4 Tbsp Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
• Condiments of choice
• 3/4 lbs. baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
• 3 Tbsp shallots or green onions, sliced
• 5 large sweet onion slices
• 1 lb. bacon
• 1/2 cup Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
• 1 tsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
