- 1 shot (30ml) Two Chimps Espresso
- 100g walnut halves
- 225g unsalted butter at room temperature
- 225g soft, light-brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 225g plain flour
- 3tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1 shot (30ml) Two Chimps Espresso – I made mine with the ‘Must Dash’ beans
- 165g unsalted butter at room temperature
- 425g icing sugar
