- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel, if desired
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel, if desired
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted, if desired
