Ingredients

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice ((1 small lemon))
• 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 pinch ground black pepper
• 6 cups coleslaw mix
• 2 small green onions
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped mint ((optional))
