Ingredients

• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 3/4 cup sugar, plus
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 6 tablespoons cocoa powder (I recommend Hershey's Special Dark)
• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon coffee extract (optional)
• 1/2 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped, can use pecans if desired)
• 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shells
